Once the Wire Transfer form is filled out, it becomes crucial to gather all necessary documentation for submission. This will ensure that the funds are transferred smoothly and efficiently, minimizing any potential delays. Following these steps will help in accurately completing the form.
- Start by preparing the payment request that this form will accompany. Ensure it is ready for submission through the required platform, such as Toolkit or TravelND.
- Contact the Accounts Payable department for any initial questions or assistance you may need. You can reach Julie Unger at 1-7112 or Johnna Grenert-Taff at 1-5304.
- In the section labeled BENEFICIARY BANK (payee’s bank):, write the payee's exact name as it appears on their bank account.
- Next, fill in the bank name of the payee's bank.
- Provide the city, state, and country where the bank is located.
- Enter the ABA/Routing number. This is a 9-digit code or the Swift code if it's an international transfer.
- For the final part of this section, write the bank account number for the payee. If the account is in Europe, include the IBAN instead.
- If necessary, complete the section for INTERMEDIARY BANK: Fill in the bank name, city, and state of the intermediary bank.
- Include the ABA/Routing number for the intermediary bank, if applicable.
- If you have an intermediary bank account number, record it on the form as well.
- In the Submitted by: section, print your name clearly.
- Finally, include your contact phone number to allow for any follow-up regarding the transfer.
After completing these steps, you’ll be ready to submit the form along with your payment request. Confirm that all information is accurate to facilitate a swift transaction.
